Faridabad/ Alive News: An effective workshop to coordinate between teacher and children was held at Manav Sanskar Public School. During this, some experts shared their suggestions on the modern education system. In the woukshop, Manisha Singh said we came across various solutions related to our problems which arise during classroom management like making teaching learning process interesting and effective.
She said we can use various resources and methods like smart class (audio-visuals) role plays, etc. learning process shouldn’t be only based on teaching mere facts but to relate them with daily life activities as co-relating knowledge to application leaves a long lasting effect.
We have learned today a teacer’s attitude towards student’s should be loving caring and friendly but this doesn’t mean that you are friend of students as there is a major difference in being friendly and to be a friend, she added.
She further said a teacher should be role model for their student’s i.e. we should always keep in mind that our language and behavior should be descent as we have a great impact on our student’s mind and their lives.
