Manav Sanskar School celebrated Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti

Faridabad/Alive News To sustain the pious Indian fervor and culture, festivals and Jayantis are celebrated in Manav Sanskar Public School, Dheeraj Nagar to revive the old traditional values and connect students to their ancient roots. The premises of the school reverberated with celebrations today. A special assembly was held to mark the occasion. The festival of Baisakhi and Ambedkar


Jayanti celebration began with the speech by Deepali of class IX-A. The colourful culture of Punjab was portrayed by LKG & UKG students through dance performances. Jubilant Kids of class I presented the Punjabi folk dance. The teachers told the children about the importance of festival. On BAISAKHI day Guru Gobind Singh selected the Panj Piaras & established Khalsa Panth. School’s purpose was to make them aware about historical background of this
festival.

To pay tribute to Dr. B.R Ambedkar, the birth anniversary of Baba saheb was celebrated by MSPians on the same day. Teachers taught the students about his remarkable contribution in framing the entire Indian Constitution after independence. They also learned the fundamental rights and duties of every citizen of India as stated in the Constitution of India.At conclusion of the event, Director sir praised the efforts of tiny tots. He motivated little pearls of MSPS to shine in society by doing their duties for country. Principal Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj spoke on the impact and significance of Baba Saheb’s ideology during the freedom struggle. She motivated the students to follow in his footsteps and inculcate his values in their lives to achieve their aim and uplift society and wished the students Happy Baisakhi.
