Faridabad/Alive News : An Education Fair 2023 was organized by DAV school NH-3, NIT Faridabad on 21 August 2023 for the students of class 12th. The fair witnessed more than 15 universities from pan India/Abroad viz. Ashoka University, NIIT University, Pearl Academy, UPES, O. P. Jindal and many others. The interesting features of Fair were career counseling, new streams avenues & changing landscape of Professions.
About 500 students from prestigious schools visited the fair and got expert guidance from well qualified teachers and professionals. The fair was attended by Grade 12 students from different schools viz. DAV NH3, Jiva Public School, GBN School 21D, GBN NIT 3, DAV Public School NTPC and DAV Public School Ballabgarh. Students interacted with Experts from various Universities India/Abroad.
Principal Jyoti Dahiya appreciated the initiative and thanked the other schools, who supported the event by sending their students to avail an opportunity of meeting with various university representatives and being aware of new age opportunities for their careers ahead.
The event was curated by Roohi Dhingra–a renowned Certified Career Coach and Analyst with more than 20+ years of experience and counseled more than 4 lakh students. She is lead career counselor with BBC News.
The event was a good platform for students to keep themselves updated about the latest courses and careers. The students got a chance to interact with representatives of institutions and got to know about the prospects of different courses. School Principal Jyoti Dahiya thanked the team and praised the efforts of University representatives for guiding the students.
