Faridabad/Alive News: On 4th April DAV NH-3 Faridabad welcomed the students for new session 2022-23. The assembly commenced with the chanting of Gayatri mantra which is believed to provide peace and serenity to our minds and souls.
After that the top three rank holders of classes III to IX and XI were awarded proficiency badges and prizes by Principal. The appreciable performances of these students was applauded by all. Students of DAV NH-3 are not only bringing laurels in academics but also in sports.
Divyansh of class X D bagged a gold medal at Selection based for Haryana State Kickboxing Championship 2022 at MCF sports complex NH-3 Faridabad.Shivani Jha of class XII has also received silver medal in Karate Championship held on 26th and 27th March 2022.
Students participated in Inter School Bhagwat Geeta Shlok recitation one which Atika of class X stood first at Zonal level.
Not only this, Kartik of class IX bagged the first position in Ramayana choupai recitation at Zonal level. Both of you them performed very nicely. Chanda of class IX participated in Rawal Inter School speech competition and secured third position.
Boys Handball team of DAVNH-3 bagged silver medal in DAV National NCR zone also the Girls Handball team also brought gold medal at DAV Nationals Delhi NCR zone held at DAV Vasant Kunj.
Tamanna Gulia and Madhu both brought laurels for our school by winning gold medal at district level and state level in archery. Principal Jyoti Dahiya addressed the gathering and motivated the students with her encouraging words of wisdom.
