While, working on the guidance of Dr Hanif Qureshi, Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch Badarpur Border in charge, Naveen Kumar including his team ASI Ramprakash, ASI Jamil Khan, HC Subhash, Sipahi Sumit and Sipahi Vijay Singh on a tip off their resources caught accused Manoj son of Ishvar, Manish son of Khushilal native of Jhadsetali and Devender Kapasia son of Chanderpal native of Mujaidi and saved victim Pravin Nagar’s life native of Machagar.
Let me tell you, the below mentioned accused had been arrested under section 866/16 in sector-55, Faridabad. Actually, the team was patrolling in sector-55 area. During this the team got informs that Devender Kapasiya and his two friends Manoj and Manish are encouraging to kill Praveen Nagar.
Actually, Devender and Praveen Nagar engaged in dispute over sticking poster outside of Aggrwal College. After that the victim Praveen Nagar filed a complaint in this regard in Agrasen Chowki, that’s why Devender was in ambush of Praveen Nagar, resulting Manish and Manoj arranged pistol for Devender and all the three accused were in search of Praveen Nagar. The information was correct, resulting the police team arrested the three accused and recovered one pistol and four live cartridges and one bike from their possession and saved the victim (Praveen Nagar) life. The accused were presented before the court.
