Faridabad/Alive News : Children’s Day was celebrated with immense joy, enthusiasm and magnificence at Faridabad Model School, Sector-31, Faridabad. A day marking childhood, and to make this event a memorable one for our little ones, the school invited underprivileged kids to celebrate Children’s Day with the students of the junior wing.
The celebrations began with a Special Assembly, followed by variety of fun filled activities and games planned by the teachers for their children. As part of the Social Outreach Program, the teachers made the day special for their children by involving the kids from the charitable NGO, Muskaan and school students into various activities like puppet show, storytelling, art n craft, dance and games like balancing and bowling. The day focused on children and their
enjoyment.
Academic Director of FMS, Mrs. Shashi Bala blessed the students with sweet treats and gifts. Ma’am expressed her views by saying, “Education is a process that teaches people to cherish and respect all living beings”. With such a vast arena of events and activities the day proved to be a memorable one for the students.
