Faridabad/Alive News: An open house was organized for the parents under the pre-primary segment on Saturday at D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37. Where the parents were invited to interact with the teachers. The purpose of the event was to illustrate the learning curve of the students and the various activities that the school engages in on a day-to-day basis.
The Supervisory Head and Teachers extended a warm welcome to the parents, explaining the objectives of the event. They also showcased the glory of 25 years of D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37. The event was also designed to provide parents with a chance to bring forth their hidden talents like the Mehndi Art and Jewellery Making with Best out of Waste and experience the fun and challenges of tongue twisters.
The aim of these activities was to strengthen the parent-teacher-student bond which is the basis of holistic education as stipulated by the National Education Policy NEP -2020. The event was a big hit and it ended with a token of gratitude for the parents’ enthusiastic participation.
