It was witnessed here at Rajiv Nagar, Faridabad where a youth, Afjal Khan among his two sisters engaged to tie a safety band in his hand.
While sharing his views Afjal Khan said this festival boosts the love of brother and sister. Through this band the duo brother and sister promised to love and safety to each other.
