Actually, the duo patients are a native of Green Field and Ravi Colony of Sehatpur and were being diagnosed in a Delhi’s hospital where they have been confirmed dengue victim. this information has been sent to the district health dept. from the hospital side. After getting an information the health dept. sent a team in the respective areas and fogging was done in 50 houses nearby the patients houses, apart from this anti-larva activity has been raised in the areas and the health department’s team has also made blood slide of patients who are ill around the homes and has been sent to laboratory test.
Actually, these are the two first cases of dengue in this season, but before this, 16 cases of malaria have been confirmed so far. According to experts dengue is infectious disease. if dengue mosquito bites someone then its symptoms can appear after 3 to 5 days or more and it can prove fatal if treatment is not started immediately.
