Faridabad/Alive News: DAV NH-3 celebrated Holi with great zeal and fervor. To celebrate this festival a special assembly was conducted, in which students were told about precautionary measures to be taken while playing Holi.
Students and teachers exchanged Holi greetings with each other. Children were involved in a variety of activities & thoroughly enjoyed their practical learning experience. Each child made a small bucket filled with flowers.
They were informed about the dominant idea behind holi is to spread the message of harmony.They sang songs and sprinkled flower petals on each other. A mesmerizing dance performance by the tiny tots also enthralled the audience. Children relished their favourite party food.
At the end, the Principal of the school Jyoti Dahiya praised the efforts of the students saying that Holi is the day to express love with colours and she also implored them to play safe Holi by avoiding artificial colours which are dangerous for their skin.
