Faridabad Model School Holds Stress Management Training for Teachers

Stress management training programme for teachers at Faridabad Model School Sector-31

Faridabad: Faridabad Model School, Sector-31, organised a day-long Stress Management CBP Training Programme for teachers to help them understand stress and learn practical ways to manage it. The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by a warm welcome to the facilitators. Director Umang Malik, Principal Nivedita Chatterjee, school coordinators and faculty members attended the programme.

The training was conducted by Joby T. P., Academic Coordinator at St. Anthony’s School, Faridabad, and Dipti Khattar, Senior PGT and Coordinator (Senior Wing) at Carmel Convent School.

The session focused on the causes and effects of stress in both personal and professional life. Teachers were introduced to simple techniques to improve emotional well-being, maintain a positive attitude and develop healthy ways of coping with stressful situations.

The interactive workshop included discussions, activities and reflections based on teachers’ experiences. Special emphasis was given to mindfulness, time management, positive thinking and emotional resilience, which are important for maintaining a healthy and supportive teaching environment.

The programme also encouraged teachers to focus on their own well-being so they can create a more positive and supportive learning environment for students. The session concluded with teachers expressing their commitment to adopting healthier ways of managing stress and promoting overall well-being within the school community.
