Haryana/ Alive News: The Education Minister, Prof Rambilas Sharma has instructed to all private schools to ensure security of their children while transporting. The minister’s statement came after Rayan International school child killed. He said now it is the school management responsibility to ensure security of children, when they receive or drop children from their houses, and strict action is ensured against those school, which will be found guilty. This infornation he shared with mediapersons today in Gurugram after talking about Ryan International School case with the parents delegation.
Many laxities in children security
The Education Minister clarified that the school management as well as the owner will be punished under section 75 of the JJ Act. He said an investigation is going on by forming three-member sub-committee by the district administration and the sub-committee found many laxity in security while investigation for which the school management is responsible and the committee will submit report today. Apart from this, there was no boundary wall of the school and anyone could be entered in the the school. The school has no separate toilet for 40 buses drivers and conductors and the children’s toilets windows have been found broken.
