Faridabad/ Alive News: ‘Alert today alive tomorrow’ this an assumption everyone must keep in their mind while using road, because we all are to leave home for any purpose and eventually we become injury due to negligence on road. However, a road safety awareness campaign was launched in DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, NH-3, FARIDABAD on 28th July’16 to impart the students, awareness about the road safety, safe driving behaviors, need to obey road signs and all other traffic rules.
Advocates- Mr. Yoginder Kumar and Ms. Vandana Singh visited the school and addressed the students to make them aware of the careful and proper use of traffic rules. Everyday many people are involved in road accidents. Some are killed. Many more are injured. So, it is important for all of us to learn the use of roads properly and safely. No sane person would like to get involved in an accident.
As the roads are very busy now-a-days, we should be careful when crossing one. It is safer to use a pedestrian crossing or an overhead bridge whenever one is available. We should never cross a road by dashing across it. It is trouble inviting.
Meanwhile, addressing the gathering the principal Jyoti Dahiya said there is no guarantee that we will never be involved in one. But the most important thing is to stay alert at all the times while using the roads. We must know what is happening around us. We must use roads carefully and we may be able to use them for a long time.
