Faridabad/Alive News: D.A.V Public School NH-3 NIT organized an awareness programme on road safety and cyber crime on 28 May 2025. It aimed to educate students about the importance of responsible behaviour on roads and online platforms. The event started with welcoming guests, Mr. Virender Singh aka “Tau ji” and Mr. Dahiya by School Principal.
Mr. Dahiya focused on online safety and security. He informed students about cyberbullying, online privacy, and scams. He suggested the audience protect personal information by using strong passwords and being cautious while sharing data online.
The road safety segment was highlighted by Tau Ji. He made the students aware of traffic rules such as wearing helmets, seat belts, and following speed limits. He gave knowledge about different types of tyres to avoid potential hazards and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents.
Students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of road safety and cyber security. Students were encouraged to adopt responsible behaviour both online and offline. Students learned about practical safety measures to protect themselves and others. The programme successfully educated student about critical issues, empowering them to make informed decisions and stay safe in their daily life.
