Faridabad/Alive News: Sameer Pal Saro, the president of District Red cross Society and the Deputy Commissioner said there is no alternative of blood and it could be fulfilled by human donating. Blood donation is assumed big donation. The Deputy Commissioner addressing the gathering in HUDA Convention Center on the eve of World Donor Day said.
The Deputy Commissioner admiring the cooperation of District Red Cross Society and various social institutions of the city said the philanthropic works conducting by the Faridabad Red Cross Society is on top in across the state. Of course, voluntary organizations have played an important role in the work, he added.
He saluting to the passion of blood donors in the organized programme said when a donor donates blood voluntarily, it is his main goal to give life to others. He said when collected blood gives someone life, it is not seen whether it blood belongs to a caste or class. That’s why blood donation is a really human service. The Deputy Commissioner admiring to Rachna Dhingra who have donated blood 41 times said of course Faridabad Red Cross Society is on top in its activities because of this laborious woman.
He said the society have been awarded many times for doing philanthropic works. In the programme, R.P Hans, Chairman and life time member of District Red cross Society presented a memento to the Deputy Commissioner. Rotary Sanskar’s President and poet Dinesh Raghuvanshi successfully conducted the stage. In the programme, Social activist Jagdish Sahdev including Varun Bajaj, A.S Patwa, S.D Sharma, Dr MP Singh, Anita Sharma, Gulshan Narang, Narayan Sharma, Sardar Vikramit Singh, B.R Bhatia, Sandeep Singhal, Kailash Sharma, I.D Arora and social workers and social dignitaries were present.
