Faridabad/ Alive News: Save Birds campaign which was driven under Navchetna Trust as “Project Panchi” was inaugurated by Maneka Gandhi, Ministry Of Women & Child Development who was as a chief guest, while guest of honour as Industrial Minister Vipul Goyal, MLA Moolchand Sharma, MLA Tek Chand Sharma BJP leader, Gopal Sharma, Rajesh Nagar J.P Gupta, H.S Banga Mayor Suman Bala, deputy mayor Manmohan Gurg, Industrialists, K.C Lakhani, Rajiv Chawla, Navdeep Chawla and Educationist, Prashant Bhalla were present in the MCF auditorium here today and thanked the people of Faridabad to be a part of the campaign.
The programme begun with the lamp lighting of the chief guest, and then some short documentaries on famous works, which have been achieved by people of the city, and a short clip on save birds was also displayed in the auditorium, which seeing them people’s mind got refreshed.
On this occasion, the chief guest addressing the gathering gave some tips to save birds. She said I am not a politician but as a teacher present here. It is very sad that man species of birds have been extinct, but though we are not aware. Today’s when the temperature was 45°C the birds are striving, by which the environment is deteriorating. She further said we must to save the birds. We should have to arrange their foods according to season and we have to bring the back. She urged people to plant Mango, Blackberry, mulberry, Neem and Banyan trees around their homes.
Similarly, the industrial minister, Vipul Goyal said we have done so many commendable works from Faridabad land, so let’s go to finish one more work in favor of saving birds. At the end the programme was concluded with the oath ceremony.
