Faridabad/Alive News: The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotism and enthusiasm at Manav Sanskar Public School, Dheeraj Nagar on 15th August 2024. The event honored the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and underscored the significance of freedom and independence.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the national flag by Director Sh. Yogesh Sharma and Manager Ms. Usha Sharma, followed by the singing of the national anthem. After the flag-hoisting ceremony, a parade march past and cultural program took place on the school grounds.
Students, dressed in various traditional outfits, participated in performances including dance, speech, song, and recitations that highlighted the importance of freedom and the struggles faced by our courageous freedom fighters.
School Director Sh. Yogesh Sharma delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the significance of Independence Day and the responsibilities that come with freedom.
School Principal Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj also spoke, reflecting on what independence means to them and how students can contribute to the nation’s progress by their golden efforts.
