J.C. Bose organised Radio workshop

Faridabad/Alive News: J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, conducted a Radio Production Techniques Workshop for its media students. The Radio Workshop was designed to provide participants with hands-on experience and insights into various aspects of radio broadcasting. The workshop was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Bharat Dhiman, Assistant Professor of the department, and the able guidance of Dr. Pawan Singh, Chairperson of the department.

The workshop was well-planned and organized by the senior members of the Radio team of the department. The workshop was conducted for newly selected radio team members. More than 30 students participated with full of enthusiasm. The senior members delivered various practical sessions on topics like The Art of Voice Acting, Audio Editing, Graphic design, and Content Writing. Students were informed about the importance of pitch, modulation, and volume in audio recording. The speakers also discussed the importance of voice acting in the broadcasting industry. All sessions were full of practical exposure and interactive.

Students got extensive hands-on experience and got an insight into the internal workings of Radio Production. The sessions ended with a question-and-answer round where the speakers exuberantly answered all the queries. The chairperson said the aim of this workshop is to inspire and empower individuals with a passion for radio broadcasting.
