Faridabad/Alive News: Faridabad Model School, Sector-31 celebrated its 26th Investiture Ceremony on August 10, 2024. The distinguished guests present on the occasion were Mrs. Praveen Joshi-Chairperson, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Mr. Jitesh Kumar Malhotra- Assistant Commissioner of Police Faridabad, Mr. A K Malik- Managing Director, FMS Managing Committee, former Advisor to the President of Zambia, and former Commissioner, Cabinet Secretariat, Govt. of India, Mrs. Raj Malik- former founder Principal of FMS, Sec-48 branch, Rotarian Mr. H.S Malik- Chairman FMS and former Chairman Child Welfare Committee, Bench of Magistrates, Govt, of Haryana. Mrs. Deepika Malik- Academic Coordinator, The Sheffield Pvt. School, Dubai.
FMS Academic Director Mrs Shashi Bala and Director Principal Mr. Umang Malik. The ceremony began with the lamp lighting by the dignitaries. Students of FMS welcomed the eminent guests with a melodious welcome song. The highlight of the event was the Inter House Patriotic Dance Competition, commemorating the Independence Day. The performances were a true showcase of ‘Unity in Diversity’ with power-packed performances from across the four regions- East, West, North and South.
The distinguished guests presented badges to the members of the Student Council for the academic session 2024-2025. The Head Boy Master Gaurav Tiwari and Head Girl Miss Bhumika took oath along with the other members of the Student Council. The eminent dignitaries motivated the students with their inspiring and thought provoking words and praised the school management for the well synchronized event.
The guests congratulated the students and emphasized on the need for today’s youth to work towards National Integration and become leaders in their future endeavors. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
