Faridabad/Alive News: Teachers’ Day was celebrated in Faridabad Model School on 5 September 2023. The function began with the floral tribute to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan the great teacher, philosopher and former President of India, by Academic Director Mrs. Shashi Bala & Director Principal Mr. Umang Malik along with the staff members. A Special Assembly was conducted by Class XI students in which students thanked their teachers for being guides and mentors of their future.
The Fmsians presented different cultural programmes. Students then gave the audience which included both, the teachers and the students, a peek into the life of Dr. Radhakrishnan, followed by skit and a song thanking the teachers. To ignite the competitive spirit and infuse the day with excitement games were conducted for the teachers and prizes were distributed to the winners.
The Academic Director Ma’am in her address asked the students to follow the guidance of their teachers who love and guide them selflessly. The students were motivated to self-evaluate their conduct and to plan their future responsibilities.
On this occasion Director Principal Mr. Umang Malik, awarded the teachers who guided and motivated students in achieving outstanding results in session 2022-23. Teachers were also awarded for being punctual and regular.
Director Principal Sir congratulated the teachers and motivated them to work with increased enthusiasm and zeal to fulfill their duty towards the nation.
