Faridabad/ Alive News: Schools of the city celebrated Children’s Day with zeal and enthusiasm on 14th of November, the birth date of Indian first prime minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, every year in India. In this consequence, ATDC Institute, Pal Senior Secondary School, Modern Convent School, Queen Marys Play School, Adarsh Senior Secondary School, Iqra Public School, Nav Jeevan School, Bharat Public School, SMR Convent School and Gyandeep Public School, Rose Valley International School, these schools celebrated the day enthusiastically.
During this, school’s children were witnessed engaging in several cultural activities. Some school children also put stalls in the school premises, while fancy dress, speech related to the freedom fighters, dancing, singing, mimicry, playing musical instruments storytelling, quizzes and much more were organized in some schools.
The school’s principal and directors told their respective students about the children’s day. Children’s day is just not a birth anniversary, it is celebrated to create a strong and energetic youth, which lead the future of India and take them to the new heights of success.
