Faridabad/Alive News : The day that recognizes the essence of a mother was celebrated in high spirits at Faridabad Model School on May 13, 2023. The school cherished the bond between ‘Mother and Child’ with Mother’s Day Celebration. On this occasion a gamut of indoor and outdoor activities were planned.
Distinguished guests who graced the occasion were Mrs Raj Malik- Former Principal FMS Sector 48 branch and Educational Counselor FMS Sector 31and Mrs Shreya Malik – Grants Advisor, Regional Centre for Biotechnology. Mrs Shreya Malik has authored 3 books which were released by honourable President of India, Dr Pranab Mukherjee, Union Minister for Science and Technology and Governor of Maharashtra.
It was a pleasure watching mothers and their young ones participating in activities like Cooking without fire, Best out of waste, Sorting the pulses, Buttoning the shirt, Cone race, Balancing the ball, Feed the joker, etc. There were special gifts for mothers winning in different categories. The students of junior wing showcased their love for their mothers with their melodious and vibrant performance. Children prepared a special card to thank and express gratitude for their mothers.
To make the event more memorable and everlasting, every mother was felicitated with a lovely memento. The guests were enthralled to see the celebration and praised both mothers and children for their contribution.
