District level Children Science Congress holds at SDV

Faridabad/ Alive News: To inspire, empower & expand young creative minds, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya hosted a District Level Children Science Congress, a nationwide programme, on 9 November 2016 at its pious, lush green campus. It was organized by National Council for Science & Technology Communication (NCSTC). The event was graced by Dr. Jai Singh Sekhawat, Nodal Officer, Faridabad, the Coordinator of District Level NCS Congress, Sh R. K. Sharmaji, the Principal, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya & Sh R. K. Middhaji, Academic Coordinator, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya.

The programme was conducted at two levels, Junior & Senior level under two categories, Rural & Urban. The event witnessed the participation of many prestigious schools of Faridabad like Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya, M.V.N, Emerald Convent, Saffron Public and Faridabad Model School.  The participants enthusiastically exhibited their Science Models and gave their presentations. All the participants met thunderous applause for their resourceful models.

In Rural Junior Category, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya’ students, Anoop Bhatia, Tanisha & Aakanksha Pawar were selected for State Level NCS Congress and in Urban Junior Category , Saffron Public School’s students; Anubhav Patel & Tushar Bhadana were selected for the State Level NCS Congress. Similarly, in Rural Senior Category, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya’s students, Ishita Kohli, Deepti Solanki and Deepanshi Rajput got selected for State Level NCS Congress & in Senior Urban Category, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya’s students, Ishita kohli, Deepti Solanki & Deepanshi Rajput got selected for State Level NCS Congress & in Senior Urban Category, M.V.N’s students, Shreya Chawla, Aditi Patra & Anusha Chauhan were selected for State Level NCS Congress to be held on 14 & 15 November 2016 at M.M University, Mulana (Ambala). The winners were felicitated by the Principal, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya, Sh R. K. Sharmaji.

The Chairman, Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya & Satyug Darshan Technical Campus, Sh. Kailash Dhingra applauded the meticulous efforts of young creative minds for their innovative ideas & wished them good luck for their bright future.
