Faridabad/Alive News: Let we also celebrate Lohri, having this assumption, Dementia Care Home Sector-11, Faridabad celebrated Lohri festival with its Alzheimer patients and slum area’s children here today. Meanwhile, the children including the patients started to celebrate the occasion with prayer, music and arts and enjoyed the festival a lot. To provide an entertainment for the gathering a magician and drums were also invited, which they captivated the gathering by their respective arts.
However, talking to media on the occasion, Dr. Lalit the home patrons said elderly and children are similar, they are required to provide entertainment. We conduct programme time to time, so that one side where these patients can get entertainment and the children who do not go to school can learn discipline through entertainment. He further said we run a play school in which 30 children of slum area are taught.
