Faridabad: In order to arouse the spirit of Christmas and festivity, DAVPS NH3 organized a Christmas celebration by the little ones of the pre primary wing. The function started with the welcome of the guest of the day Mr. kapil Sharma, an alumni of the school itself, who is an engineer and works with ACC but has a great interest towards dance. He had been among the 100 top contestants in Dance India Dance.
The whole school was decorated beautifully. Tiny tots of Kindergarten were dressed in various colorful dresses. The programme was started with a Christmas prayer sung by Kejia of UKG A.
The programme was then followed by the several mesmerizing and thrilling performances of the students of class LKG to II.
The children smartly dressed up in beautiful dresses welcomed principal Ms. Jyoti Dahiya, Sr. Coordinator Ms. Jyoti Sethi, Alumni In charge Ms. Priya Sharma and co-coordinator of Pre Primary Wing Ms. Mukta Puri with flowers.
Christmas is a festival which brings lots of happiness, love and gifts for people. It is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ and has a great religious and cultural importance.
Kapil Sharma also addressed the students and encouraged their festivity spirit by tapping feet on the stage with them.
The children’s joy found no bounds when they saw Santa appearing with a bag full of presents for everyone. The students attired in Santa dresses attracted the attention of the audience.
Principal Mr. Jyoti Dahiya congratulated all the teachers and staff encouraged the students to always follow the path of truth and love as shown by Jesus Christ.
