Faridabad/Alive News: Students of class LKG daily performed various episodes from the Hindu epic Ramayana related to the life story of Lord Rama with 100% participation. It tells the story of his birth, his exploits in defeating demons in his youth, the defeat of the demon Ravana and his eventual restoration to the throne.
Children also gave dance performances, which attracted everyone’s attention. On this festive occasion, children from Nursery to UKG enjoyed Dussehra related activity by preparing colorful stick puppet of Ravana and students of class I and II beautifully decorated Dandiya sticks on the holy occasion of Navratri.
Children came in their traditional attire and also enjoyed the fruit chaat party. Finally the effigy of Ravana was set on fire, putting everyone in a festive mood. School Principal Ms. Namita Sharma encouraged the students to adopt the teachings of Lord Ram in their daily life and thus become good human beings.
