Faridabad/Alive News : DAV Public School, Sector 49 and The mall of Faridabad, a dazzling ‘Talent Hunt’ unfolded on May 4, 2024 within the premises of the mall. The event showcased a myriad of talents through various activities including on-the-spot drawing and colouring, a fashion show, and a fancy dress competition. Graced by the esteemed guests, Sapna Suri from Radio Maharani, Ritu Bharadwaj, the runner-up of India Worldwide, Raj Kujur, Centre Director of the Mall of Faridabad the event commenced with a warm welcome address.
The evening unfolded with breathtaking performances, starting with a mesmerizing Bharatnatyam dance followed by a harmonious chorus rendition. The fancy dress competition saw participants from various schools donning unique attires introducing themselves with flair. Group dances ranging from Bengali to Bollywood and Chhatisgarhi, enthralled the audience while solo singing performances by the talented Davites captivated hearts.Adding a touch of glamour, a fashion show featuring students from diverse schools showcased their style impressing both the audience and the judges who engaged them with insightful questions.
The colouring activity also buzzed throughout the event. The winners, with the top three participants in the fashion show and fancy dress competition received certificates and trophies while all participants were acknowledged with certificates and refreshments.A delightful surprise was the flash mob, wherein, 60 student dancers spread joy and energy across various floors of the mall with their synchronized moves.
The success of the event involved dedication and efforts of the Principal of the school, Shri Rajan Gautam along with the unwavering support of teachers and the enthusiastic participation of students. Mr. Raj Kujur, Centre Director of The Mall of Faridabad, stated, “The event was fantastic. Everyone in the mall, including mall visitors, thoroughly enjoyed the Talent Hunt.
