Faridabad/Alive News: DAV Public School, NTPC Faridabad successfully organized the CBSE Capacity Building Program on November 29, 2025. The one-day training program aimed to enhance teachers’ teaching skills and support students’ overall development.
The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony. School Principal, Mrs. Alka Arora, welcomed the CBSE resource persons and teachers from various schools, highlighting the importance of learning together and sharing ideas.
Two training sessions were held at the same time on important topics:
Life Skills (Advanced) CBSE experts Ms. Deepti Khattar and Ms. Mohini Bhardwaj trained teachers on critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
Mental Health and Wellness: CBSE resource persons Mr. Joby T. P. and Ms. Priyanka Tripathi guided teachers on supporting students’ mental well-being, managing stress, and creating a caring and positive school
environment.
In the closing session, Principal Mrs. Alka Arora thanked all resource persons, teachers, and the organizing team for their efforts. She said that such training programs help improve the overall education system and contribute to building a better future for students.
