Faridabad/Alive News: Students of DAV Gian Prakash Chopra Public School, Sector-49, Faridabad, performed brilliantly in the 58th Haryana School State Games (SGFI Badminton Tournament) held in Faridabad from September 8 to 10, 2025.
In the Under-19 Boys’ category, the team of Lakshay Singhal and Yudhish Virodhiya won the silver medal and were selected to represent Haryana at the upcoming SGFI National Championship. Krishna Koothur from the Under-17 category also won a silver medal and made it to the state team for the Nationals.
These achievements highlight the school’s focus on discipline, hard work, and excellence in sports. Principal Rajan Gautam congratulated the winners, expressed pride in their success, and encouraged them to keep bringing honors to the school.
