Faridabad/ Alive News: In suspect of beef meat, some cow vigilantes allegedly kidnapped an auto driver Azad resident of NIT, Faridabad and his 15 year old colleague, when they were returning to take meat in an auto at Nangla road. The cow vigilantes took them at an isolated place and beat them with sticks and rods and too damage their auto.
The police rushed the spot after getting information and got them rescued from clutches of attackers. The victim Azad told that he delivers goat or buffalo meat to old Faridabad from Fatehpur Billoch. He was returning with meat in his auto on Friday 10 am. He was stopped by five or six youths at Nangla road and they beat him and his colleague by making them hostage. The injured were admitted in B.K Hospital. The accused who had kidnapped Azad and his colleague are being told cow vigilantes. The police have taken the meat in their possession which was found in the auto. The recovered meat will be sent for the laboratory test, so that it can be identified whether is cow meat or other animal, the police said.
