Faridabad/Alive News: In a bid to foster a healthier teaching environment, CBSE organised a Stress Management Workshop at DAV Public School, Sector – 49 as part of its professional development initiatives. Recognizing the crucial role of teachers in shaping young minds, the session aimed to equip teachers with effective stress-management techniques for a balanced work-life routine.
The workshop was conducted by distinguished resource persons Dr. Mosam Sinha, Head of the English Department at Baba Mastnath University, Rohtak, and Mr. Vikas, Vice Principal of Modern School, Sector -17, Faridabad. They focussed on practical strategies to help educators manage stress, enhance emotional resilience and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. The session emphasized mindfulness, self-care and time management as essential tools for handling professional challenges effectively.
Participants explored how stress impacts teaching efficiency and student engagement while gaining insights into fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment. Through guided relaxation exercises and group discussions, teachers identified stress triggers and developed coping mechanisms. The interactive approach provided valuable takeaways for managing classroom stress and improving overall well-being and productivity.
