Faridabad/ Alive News: A student was helped by Advocate Dushyant Sharma to get justice and also provided him an admit card to be appeared in the ongoing 12th examination.
This matter came to light in Dynasty International School, Faridabad, where its student was regular student of class 12th and bearing roll no. 2617998, he gave exam in March 2017, but could not success and got compartment in chemistry subject. The student again applied for appearing in the compartment exam of chemistry, which was to be held on 13th March 2018, but he could not submit the application form, because of serious ill and was suffering from dislocation of back bone. The student letter became fit and ready to appear in the compartment exam of chemistry subject and he contacted to the school administration in this regard. The school administration stated that it has no objection if admit card from CBSE Board be issued in favour of the student.
Advocate Dushyant Sharma took this matter in his hands and saved his one year from being wastage. He while talking to mediapersons said the office of CBSE was closed for next three days on account of holidays. In these circumstances without commenting upon the merits of the case and in order to save from irreparable loss and injury, the CBSE was directed to issue roll number along with admit card to the applicant for appearing in the compartment examination of chemistry of class 12th.
