Faridabad: Let’s move to see what is going on in civil hospital, Badshah Khan? Perhaps this thought would have come in mind of PK Malhotra, addl chief secretary (Health), therefore he directly reached BK Hospital after concluding laid foundation stone ceremony of Amrita Hospital here in sector-88 of Faridabad.
His sudden visited to the hospital had raised few problems for the hospital officials but though they welcomed to Mr. Malhotra and got him inspected one after the other departments. During this he visited several departments as obstetric wing, including regional blood bank, AYUSH department, MRI and CT scan centres. He was informed about shortage of doctors. He interacted patients and asked their treatment in the hospital.
During this Dr. Gulshan Arora, Chief Medical Officer, Principal Medical Officer, Dr. Virendra Yadav, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Rambhagat and Dr. Shashi Gandhi were present.
