A Seminar over the problems of the scheduled caste employee & officers was discussed by Dr. BR Ambedkar Education Society in Budh Vihar Community Center in Ambedkar Park here on February 7.
The seminar was headed by Ranjeet Singh ex-director of Industries Delhi govt. while as a chief guest Ramchandra Pawariya retired HCS of Haryana govt. participated in the programme. All presented guests were welcomed by chairman of the society O.P. Dhama. As a special guest on this occasion, Nirmal Singh Chauhan Deputy Excise, Surajmal ex-director Industries Delhi govt. ex-reader, Jai Bhagwan Gondia ex-district food & supply controller Jeet Singh, ex-general manager industries, B.S Chaketa ex-IT officer, Ramesh Bagdi PWD. Ajit Singh SDO, O.P Kardm Assistant Engineer, Mukesh Kumar GM, Ashok Narwal Engineer, Senior Journalist Jagannath Gautam, KL Gautam, Educationist Kuldeep Kumar & Advocate Rajesh Kumar Ahlawat were present in the seminar.
These gusts were discussed and tried to find out an effective regulation and also appealed the govt. to formally apply of the solutions.
Putting his proposal in front of the gathering Mr. Dhama stated that the vacated seats of the Scheduled caste in the govt. job should be field permanently, Stable law to give reservation in promotion of the scheduled caste should be passed. About 450 posts in the supreme court of India as well as High Courts are vacated, in which people of the scheduled caste should be given proper representation. Simultaneously, representation should also be applied in Higher Judicial.
He further said provision of reservation should also be done in Rajya Sabha, if it is available for the representation of the scheduled caste in the Loksabha and along with this reservation should be given in the private sectors. In the meeting a proposal was passed that all institutions of backward caste working in Faridabad should be brought a platform, for which should be authorized to Dhama. On this occasion presented officials congratulated Mr. Dhama to hold the seminar.
