Faridabad/Alive News: Rotary Club Aastha Faridabad organised the “Swasthya, Swabhimaan & Shiksha Abhiyaan” at Government Model Sanskriti Primary School, Sector 30, Faridabad, with the aim of promoting education, health, hygiene and dignity among young learners.
The programme was led by Rtn. Umang Malik, Smt. Shreya Malik, Rtn. Sanchit Bansal and Rtn. Viddit Mittal, along with dedicated teachers and enthusiastic Interactors from Faridabad Model School. As part of the educational initiative, stationery kits were distributed to all students to support their learning and academic needs.
The health and hygiene segment featured an interactive awareness session on oral hygiene, regular brushing and dental care, followed by the distribution of dental hygiene kits. A counselling session was also conducted to encourage students to adopt personal hygiene, self-care and healthy lifestyle habits.
The initiative reflected Rotary’s philosophy of “Service Above Self” and reaffirmed Rotary Club Aastha Faridabad’s commitment to community welfare and the holistic development of children.
The programme concluded on a cheerful note, with smiles and appreciation from the students, reinforcing the message that education, health and dignity together can empower young minds and help build a brighter future.
