Faridabad/Alive News: Faridabad Model School (FMS) organised a seminar on Students’ Mental Well-Being for students of Classes IX to XII to promote awareness about mental health, emotional resilience, and stress management. The informative session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and faculty members.

The seminar was conducted by experienced mental health professionals and counsellors Ms. Aparna Jha and Ms. Shalu, who addressed common challenges faced by students, including academic pressure, stress, anxiety, and the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between studies and personal life.

The experts shared practical techniques to help students manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and seek timely support whenever required. They also highlighted that mental health is as important as physical health and encouraged students to build a supportive and positive environment for one another.

The session featured interactive activities, group discussions, and a question-and-answer segment, allowing students to openly discuss their concerns and learn effective coping strategies in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

Academic Director Ms. Shashi Bala appreciated the initiative and reaffirmed the school’s commitment to the holistic development of students. The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving participants better informed, confident, and motivated to prioritise their mental well-being.
