DAV School NH-3 organised grand 101 Kundiya Hawan

Faridabad/Alive News: DAV Public School, NH-3, NIT in collaboration with Arya Yuva Samaj organized a grand 101 Kundiya Havan at Ekam Park in Sector 21D. 100 Kundia Havan saw a powerful and inspiring mix of holy flames, young voices and shared faith, spirituality, cultural heritage and participation of enthusiastic youth.

The spiritually enriching Vedic ceremony, which commenced in the early hours, brought together students, teachers, parents and local residents, creating a deeply moving collective experience of prayer, reflection and devotion.

The programme was organised under the aegis of Arya Yuva Samaj and was guided by the national leadership of Mr. Yogi Suri, whose vision and dedication continue to inspire meaningful, value-based initiatives that connect the younger generation with India’s rich spiritual traditions.

As sacred Vedic chants echoed through the air and the holy flames rose from the kunds, the entire atmosphere was infused with serenity, peace and spiritual fervour. The harmonious rhythm of mantras and offerings created a tranquil environment that encouraged inner reflection and collective harmony.

The occasion was further elevated by the gracious presence of Mr Dhanesh Adlakha, Hon’ble MLA, Badkhal, who attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest.

While welcoming the gathering, Principal Ms. Jyoti Dahiya shared her thoughts on the importance of holistic education. She remarked, “Education must nurture not only the intellect but also the soul. Through such spiritual initiatives, our students learn values that guide them throughout life.” She further emphasized that the organisation of the Hawan reflected the school’s unwavering commitment to character building, moral development and cultural grounding, which remain integral to the institution’s educational philosophy.

Addressing the audience, Mr Dhanesh Adlakha lauded the efforts of the school and the organising team. He appreciated the initiative and stated, “When schools instil values, discipline and social awareness along with academics, they build responsible citizens and a stronger nation.” His words resonated with the audience, reinforcing the significance of integrating ethical values with formal education.

The cultural segment of the programme provided a vibrant platform for students to express their creativity and social awareness. A thought-provoking Nukkad Natak presented by students of Class IV sensitively highlighted themes of social responsibility and civic values, leaving a strong impression on the audience. This was followed by an energetic and graceful dance performance by students of Class V, which filled the gathering with joy, enthusiasm and optimism. A soulful bhajan further enhanced the spiritual ambience, adding emotional depth and devotional warmth to the occasion.

The programme concluded on a peaceful and reflective note with a heartfelt vote of thanks, followed by a serene Shanti Path. The concluding moments left the audience with a profound sense of unity, hope and renewed faith in the power of value-based education to shape compassionate individuals and a harmonious society.
