Faridabad/Alive News: On the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti, the Kiddies Wing of Faridabad Model School, Sector-31, celebrated the day with great devotion and joy. To mark this special occasion, the little students visited Gurudwara Singh Sahib, Sector-15, Faridabad, where they learned about the teachings and life of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism.
At the Gurudwara, the Granthi Ji warmly welcomed the children and explained the importance of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings, which emphasize peace, unity, brotherhood, and compassion. The students also learned how Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s message continues to inspire people to live with honesty and kindness.
The children enthusiastically participated in Shabad Kirtan, chanting “Ek Omkar, Satnam” with devotion. The peaceful environment of the Gurudwara helped them understand the values of humility and service to humanity. After the prayers, Prasad was distributed among the students, who accepted it with great respect and happiness.
