National Conference on “G20 India” theme conclud

Faridabad/Alive News: A two-day National Conference on “G20 India: Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, striving Sustainable Growth and Development amid Challenges” organized by the Department of Management Studies, in collaboration with the Research and Development Cell of J. C. Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, concluded today. 

In the valedictory session, Professor Alok Chakrawal, Vice Chancellor of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh was chief guest and Mr Subhash Jagota, CEO, Global Business Solutions, Faridabad was Guest of Honour. The keynote speaker for the valedictory session was Prof. M. M. Goel, Former Vice Chancellor, Founder- Needonomics School of thought Haryana. The session was presided over by Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar, Vice-Chancellor of J C Bose University.

Dr Rachna Agrawal, Chairperson, Department of Management Studies welcomed the guests and the participants. She highlighted the joint efforts of the students and the faculty members for making the conference successful. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar appreciated the department for successful conduct of the two-day conference. Prof. Tomar talked about G20 and how India should be proud.

Chief Guest Prof. Chakrawal talk in detail about what is sustainable development and how it can be attained. He applauded the University for conducting such kind of conference for the researchers.

Speaking on this occasion, Subhash Jagota discussed the outcome of G20 with the message of “Youngster strength and senior wisdom need to be collaborate” and “Managing people is managing business”. After that, he concluded their words with making networking with great people only then G20 works.

The keynote speaker Prof. M. M. Goel emphasized the G20 through “Needonomics”. He define BHARAT as “Knowledge Seeker Economy” and they said that for sustainable development, we must convert our monkey mind to monk mind.

Dr. Renu Agarwal, conference convener presented the report of the conference and Dr. Gunjan Gumber, conference convener presented the formal vote of thanks. Prof. Ashutosh Nigam, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, congratulated Organising team on the success of the conference. 

During the conference, authors from Haryana, Delhi NCR, Punjab, UP and Bihar presented research papers in the conference. Research papers including –“Ranking and evaluation of Inhabitars to retention of MOOC learners MCDM framework for sustainable online learning”, presented by Mr Neeraj Chopra, –“Additive manufacturing of recycled plastic for circular economy”, presented by Mr Praveen, “Impact of E-commerce on consumer behaviour”, presented by Priya Gera, Sapna Kumari and Yogesh Rawat, “Stock Market Prediction Techniques: A Bibliometric Review”, presented by Ms. Anchal Jain and Dr. Neha Goyal, and –“An Integrated Model To Study The Role Of Factors Of Human Resource Agility in Enhancing Employee Engagement”, presented by . Komal Goyal, Dr. Ashutosh Nigam and Dr. Neha Goyal were selected as best papers in the conference.
