Faridabad/Alive News: Manav Sanskar School celebrated 74th Republic Day with great patriotic fervour on 26th January, 2023. The programme commenced with the unfurling of the tricolour by the school chairman Yogesh Sharma Vice Principal Kaumudi Bhardwaj followed by the National Anthem and parade. Basant Panchami is an occasion which marks the advent of the spring season and is also celebrated to worship Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom. This auspicious day is also celebrated with great enthusiasm.
There was gathering of students and teachers. The celebration included poem, Speeches on the History and importance of Basant Panchami and Republic Day with Constitutional Rights & Duties, recitation of a Hindi poem dedicated to the Nation, The Chairman in his address apprised the gathering, briefly about the making of the Indian Constitution, its unique features and the fact about the celebration of Basant Panchami that all students and the younger generation need to know. In the end, the program was concluded by distributing sweets.
