Faridabad/Alive News: The Media Department of J.C. Bose University organized a two-day workshop on ‘Classroom to Career’. On the first day, senior PR expert Subhash Sood delivered an inspiring lecture for journalism students.
Drawing from his 65 years of experience, Mr. Sood explained the importance of choosing a career that matches one’s interests and passion. He highlighted that soft skills, critical thinking, and time management are essential for professional success. He also advised students to strengthen their vocabulary to improve their writing skills.
CMT Department Head Prof. Pawan Singh said such programs are important for the overall development of students and urged them to make the most of the learning opportunity.
The workshop focused on introducing PR concepts to undergraduate journalism students on the first day and postgraduate students on the second day. Prof. Singh honored Mr. Sood with a memento for his contribution.
Students described the lecture as motivating and practical, saying it will help them face future challenges and shape their careers. Dr. Rahul Arya, Dr. Taruna Narula, and Dr. Sonia Hooda were also present during the event.
