Faridabad/ Alive News: Thalassemia affected children were distributed free medicines in Residents Welfare Association office in H-Block of one number NIT Faridabad. Misses Euro Asia Universe Rashmi Sachdeva specially presented on the occasion. The society has been distributing free of cost drug worth of around Rs 2 lakh to Thalessemia affected children every month for the last 16 years, for which every section of the society supporting to the society.
Rashmi Sachdeva assured to support the society in every way and would try to make India free from thalasimia, joining with other celebraties. She said that it is a great sad that due to negligence of the government thalesimia affected children are increasing. During this a health check up camp for the children was held in care of Dr Anju Virmani, a unit of Delhi Apollo Hospital.
During this, RWA President, Sardar Harbans Singh Kale, Sanjay Ahuja, social worker, Trith Lal Kharbanda, social worker Kawal Khatri, Naresh Bhatia, Badan Sigh, Laxman, Mohindar Kapoor and Madan Lal Ratra were especially present on the occasion.
