Faridabad/Alive News: Faridabad Model School, Sector-31, celebrated Teachers’ Day to honour Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, India’s second President and a great scholar who continues to inspire educators across the country.
The celebration began with a floral tribute to Dr. Radhakrishnan by Academic Director Mrs. Shashi Bala, Director Principal Mr. Umang Malik, and staff members. A special assembly was presented by Class XI students, where they expressed gratitude to their teachers for guiding and mentoring them. The programme included a musical skit, poem recitation, shlokas, and speeches dedicated to teachers.
To make the day more enjoyable, fun games were organised for teachers, and prizes were awarded to the winners. On this occasion, Mrs. Shashi Bala honoured teachers who helped students achieve outstanding results in the 2024-25 session, as well as those recognised for their punctuality and regularity. In her address, she encouraged students to follow their teachers’ guidance and plan their future with responsibility.
Director Principal Mr. Umang Malik congratulated all teachers and motivated them to continue working with dedication for the nation’s progress. He also thanked the students for putting together a well-coordinated and heartfelt programme.
The celebration was a warm and joyful expression of love, respect, and gratitude towards all teachers.
