Faridabad/ Alive News: Homerton Grammar School, Sector 21 A, Faridabad organised a special yoga session for all students on the occasion of Children’s Day on 14th November special guest, Mansi Narang Kakkar, Babita and Pratima were invited to hold a Super Brain Yoga session. The Super Brain Yoga session is a simple 3 minute beneficial exercise, which is designed to help improve mental health such as concentration. It benefits people of all ages. It requires little effort, touching the ears and doing squats.
The school director, Amandeep speaking on the occasion said that Children’s Day is celebrated on the birth date of our first Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru because he loved children and was famously known as Chacha Nehru. The students participated in Super Brain Yoga session with full enthusiasm. The teachers also participated in this event.
After the session, the students found this activity to be very relaxing as they felt fully refreshed.
In the end the guests appreciated the enthusiastic students and also motivated the students to regularly practice yoga for a healthy life.
