Faridabad/ Alive News: Negligence of the city’s doctors has exposed once again resulting, a child touched to death in Santosh Multispecialty Hospital, Faridabad here today after which, his parents along with locality set on dharna with the dead body outside of the hospital and claimed to death of the child due to negligence of doctor. However, police rushed the spot, took the body in his possession and sent for autopsy in B.K Hospital and brought the situation under control after filing a complaint against the reckless doctor.
After the incident, Indian Medical Association (IMA) functionary met ACP NIT Shakir Husain in favor of the hospital owner. Quoting the Supreme Court rules, they appealed ACP not to file sues against owner of the hospital, but The ACP rejected their appealed and said verdict would be taken after inquiry into the matter.
Significantly, City’s Journalists had a sues filed against officials of Fortis Hospital after death of journalist Sachin Kheda and now a fresh way has opened for families of victim. Because, before of the case, quoting the Supreme Court rules, police had refused to register case against doctors if patient died in any hospitals. The doctors used arbitrary behind the rules, but maybe they would not have survived
