Faridabad/ Alive News: St. Thomas School organized an orientation day programme for its parents on April 1 2017, in the school premises here today. The programme was followed by a group song by the students of class 8th highlighting the importance of peace in day-to-day life and the students of nursery play group presented a foot tapping dance portraying the value of respecting the parents. Meanwhile, a convocation ceremony was also organized in which the students who got the first rank in their classes as Vandna, Srishti, Sandhya, Archana, Shintu, Bhawna, Gauri, Khushi, Shivani Komal and Jyoti were honoured.
Meanwhile, the school chairman, Vinay Lal presented his presentation in which he told about the various activities of the school. An interactive session with the counsellor reminded the parents to spend quality time with their children and be aware of time robbers. The parents met the teachers and were greatly reassured by the end of their interaction. The parents left the school premises looking forward to the start off their child’s school life.
