Faridabad: A community health camp was organized under the aegis of OP Bhalla Foundation here in Lakkadpur village on Friday. In the camp around hundreds of patients were examined. Faculty of Applied Science of the University and team of doctors of Manav Rachna Dental College thoroughly examined the patients.
Most of the patients were witnessed as a victim of back pain, joints pain and many other diseases which birth lack of nutrient-rich foods. During this the doctors advised them for regular exercise and better foods.
To know nutrition value a body composition profile was also installed in the camp. In the meantime, Dr. G.L Khanna, dean of faculty of Applied Science told that percentage of hypertension affected patients was high in the camp, all were advised to regular aerobics, while nutrition counselling was done to elderly who suffer from joints pain, he said.
