Faridabad/ Alive News: The Senior Shreeram Model School players won gold medal in the two-day basketball and volleyball competition held in Pune. This tournament under-17 and 14 was held by Rural Games Organisation of India (RGOI) at the Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Sports complex Balewadi, Pune.
In its first tournament, Haryana Basketball team under 17 defeating to MP team occupied the gold medal, in which, Shubham, Sameer, Bhaskar, Harsh, Harshita and Vikas performed well in the tournament. Similarly, the Haryana Volleyball team under-17 defeated to Gujrat team and grabbed the gold medal. The best performance players were Karan, Harsh, Yashdeep, Parveen, Sanesh and Sumit in the tournament.
In the third tournament as Haryana Volleyball team under-14 beat to the Tamil Nadu team and won the gold medal, in which, Gurdeep, Pulkit, Shubham, Rohan, Paramjeet and Sameer performed well in the tournament.
While, giving the above information coaches of the teams, Anil Bhukharpuria and Vinay Kumar told that anything can be achieved by hard work and the result of this that our players have achieved three gold in the tournament and brought laurel to the school.
