Faridabad/ Alive News: A complaint of closing ticket counter on Old Ralway station had reached to the Railway Minister, Suresh Prabhu. Routinely passenger Naresh Sain had tweeted to the Railway Minister that only one ticket counter on the Old Railway station is open every day in the morning, but there is five ticket counters. The passenger has also tweeted about dirty toilets of a train that is bound from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Kota.
According to information that is mentioned in the tweet the passenger Naresh Sain tweeted to the Minister on Wednesday at 5: 30 am that there is five ticket counters on the railway station, but only one ticket counter out of them is opened in the early morning. Often, the passengers have to travel without ticket due to not collecting ticket till the time to reach trains on the stations.
Significantly, the complaint of closing ticket counters on the Old Railway Station has been reached to the Railway Minister in the past, but taking an action on this complaint, the minister instructed to the Agra DRM via tweet to take action on the complaint.
