Faridabad/ Alive News: Instead of strict instruction from the Health Minister of Haryana, there are so many doctors in Faridabad district who are still involved in an illegal abortion case. In this line, another doctor along with two nurses of a nursing home located in Ballabgarh was found indulging in abortion case. On a tip off, the police having a pregnant decoy customer went to the nursing home. The decoy talked to the doctor about abortion and their deal completed with Rs 5000The decoy customer paying him money, hinted to the police who were there in civil dress tried to nab them, but somehow the accused doctor as well as his duo nurses managed to escape from the hospital.
According to police, Dr Harjinder, SMO of CHC located in Khedikalan had complained to the police that someone had complained to the CMO Dr Gulshan Arora about Durender, operator of Bhati Nursing Home established in Aruwa village is conducted illegal abortion and this nursing home is not registered for abortion.
As soon as the matter was known, The CMO formed a team under aegis of Dr Harinder and ordered the raid. Dr Harjinder sent a pregnant decoy customer in the Bhatia Nursing Home. In their discussion, the doctor asked the decoy customer, Rs 5000 for abortion. The decoy customer gave the money to the doctor and pointed out the police standing outside of the nursing home to arrest them. But sensing something wrong there, the accused doctor and his two nurses flee from the spot.
The police sealed abortion equipments and related medicines on the spot and took them their possession. The Chhaynsa police have registered case against the doctor under the relevant section of the IPC.
